Van Susans - have you heard about them yet?

As far as music is concerned, there is nothing I love more than seeing or hearing an act on the verge of fame. Well that is how I feel about the Bromley-based band ‘Van Susans’. I first heard about the rock group when working at the radio station I am currently at, Folkestone Academy FM, and the station prides itself on advertising local music talent.
The group, made up of 21-year-old Olly Andrews, Olly Groome, 22, Caroline Atkinson, 17, and the Dullaway brothers Rob, 22, Eddie, 20, and Tim, 17, has quickly become a success.

The band, which only started up in mid 2010, are finally starting to make a name for themselves. As recently as last Saturday, they performed at the O2 Indigo arena and their debut single, ‘Bones’ is finally starting to get valuable radio time.

I will be sure to keep you updated on any further developments the band makes, but for now here is their debut video, ‘Bones’:
