After worldwide success for American MTV smash hit ‘Jersey Shore’, the UK is about to feel the force of another type of shore....’Geordie Shore’. MTV bosses have announced that filming has begun on a brand new show set in the North East and will follow eight loud and proud Geordies.
Inspired by the US phenomenon, ‘Jersey Shore’, the combination of hyped up, tanned up and buffed up lads and lasses, and the lively city of Newcastle, this show will be sure to bring much entertainment to our televisions this summer.
‘Geordie Shore’ launches on MTV on Tuesday 24th May at 10pm. Be sure to stay ‘tooned’ because this will be the next big programme to take over our TV sets.
